Ways to order
You can order 24 hours a day to 365 days a year on our website. Or you can make orders in our store at 378 Mare Street, Hackney, E8 1HR. Note that when orders are made in-store, discounts can be created/discussed.
Online: To make an order, use any of the payment options displayed. Once the payment is authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email which will also be showing your order number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email from the courier transporting your packaging. In this email, your tracking number will also be displayed. You can use this number to keep track of your parcel.
In store: If you visit our store and see something you like that we ran out of stock of, you can make an order for that product in-store by giving a 20% deposit. From there, we will provide you with an order sheet and will send over a member of our stock team to deliver your product to you personally at your preferred allocated time.
Online payments
Customers have the option to pay through multiple payment methods online, all of which are protected by SSL security to prevent your data from being transferred through the internet.
Paypal: No matter how tight our site’s security is, we understand that some customers still may not feel comfortable displaying their card details online. Regarding this, you can pay using PayPal. This is the safest option to make payments online. It allows you to make payments to us without needing to share your details or banking information. All you need is to link your credit or bank or both to your PayPal account which is under an email of your choice. Transfer money from your bank account into your PayPal account, then make your purchase! Or you can still purchase directly from your debit or credit account via PayPal, with no actual details needed for the transaction.
Debit or Credit Card: Just pop in the information required to process a successful transaction. Please be sure to provide your exact card name, billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Note that sometimes your bank will ask for further authorisation such as a code, select the option you want to receive, and promptly input it. Failure to do so will cause an unsuccessful transaction.
In-store payments
Customers can pay in-store using both cash and card/contactless. Note, payments under £5.00 cannot be accepted via card, and contactless can only be used up to a purchase of £100.
Payment schemes
When browsing online and you see a product you want to purchase but do not want to pay the total amount there, you can call us on 07474058552 to discuss a preferred payment plan scheme. Once we have confirmed the payment plan, you can come into the store and pay your payment plan with cash or we will send you our account details if you’d like to pay with a card. Once this is done, we will send over a member of our staff team to deliver your product directly.
The exact process above applies when you want to purchase a product directly from our store; however, you have the chance to discuss your preferred payment plan face to face.
