Returns policy
You have up to 14 days to return your product. The terms and conditions of a successful refund is that the product must be in the exact condition it was delivered in and in its original packaging. 
When you want to refund your product, please email us or call us with note of your order number and we will send you the allocated address refund address. Please note, that the address varies per product. When returning your product via post, please print your order sheet and place it inside of the parcel.
How much does the returns cost?
As we do not provide free return labels, the cost of return will depend on the weight and courier you choose to return your product via. However, if you receive Baby Island store as your returns address, it will be a free delivery if come into the store with the product you want to return. 
How long will it take to process or receive my return?
Your return should be processed/received ASAP, however, it may take longer if there is a high volume of returns to be processed. 
How long will it take to receive your refund?
Once the return address has received your refund, it will take 3-5 days for your funds to reach your account if you purchased a product online or purchased a product in store with card. Please check your bank account within this time frame, as you should have received a refund under BABY DESIGN LTD. 
If you paid via cash in our store, we will be able to give you your refund there and then when you visit our store with the product and receipt. Your receipt is also required when you are returning a product you paid for in store with card.
Do you get your delivery charge fee back?
Unfortunately, for orders under £75.00, you will not get your delivery fee back. However, for orders above £75.00, you will not need to worry about this as your order will be sent as a free delivery. Special orders are excluded from the refunds. Delivery free delivery over £75
Can I exchange a product? 
If you have purchased a product in store, then you are able to do an exchange. However, any online orders cannot be exchanged. Therefore, the alternative is that you return the product you bought and re-order the new product you desire.
Can I return more than one order in one parcel?
Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a parcel may delay your refund.
What to do if my order is faulty?
We apologise if you received a faulty item! So, we can get this sorted, please email with a picture of the faulty item and your order number.
