Returns policy
You have up to 7 days to return your product on the date that it has been delivered. THIS EXCLUDES SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS HOWEVER, FULL MANUFACTURING GUARANTEE WILL STILL REMAIN VALID. The terms and conditions of a successful refund is that the product must be in the exact condition it was delivered in and unpacked. 
When you want to refund your product, please email us or call us with note of your order number and we will send you the allocated address refund address.When returning your product via post, please print your order confirmation (found on your email when you purchased the product) and place it inside of the parcel.
How much does the returns cost?
Unfortunately, we no longer provide pre-paid return labels unless the item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing issue.
Can someone arrange to pick up my faulty parcel?
We understand that some goods can be heavy. If this is the case we can send a courier to collect your item for you.
How long will it take to process my return?
Your return should be processed within 1-2 business days from the date it has been received however, it may take longer if there is a high volume of returns to be processed. 
How long will it take to receive your refund after cancelling an order?
As long as the order has not dispatched from our store, you can inform us if you would like to cancel the order. Once confirmed, it will take 1-2 days for your funds to reach your account if you purchased a product online or purchased a product in store with card. Note, if you paid via PayPal, the repayment can take a little longer (1-10 days). Please check your bank account within this time frame, as you should have received a refund under BABY DESIGN LTD. Please note the above  applies for orders were payments have been captured by our system. If you notify us straight away about cancelling an order, the funds will not be taken from your account.
If you paid via cash in our store, we will be able to give you your refund there and then when you visit our store with the product and receipt or order number. Your receipt or order number is also required when you are returning a product you paid for in store with card.
Can I exchange a product? 
If your goods are not damaged, you are able to do an exchange both in store & online. Please email us first however to sales@baby-island.co.uk so we are aware that you want to issue an exchange & so we can prepare the alternative item of your choice & new shipping label accordingly. Note, if you want to exchange with an item that costs more than what you have already paid, you will need to pay the outstanding balance either to our Shopify store or direct debit.
Can I return more than one order in one parcel?
Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a parcel may delay your refund.
How do I package the products?
Please keep all packaging that each of the parts came in until you are sure you want to keep your order. Also package it accordingly to how it was in the box as best as you can.
What to do if my order is faulty?
We apologise if you received a faulty item! So, we can get this sorted, please email sales@baby-island.co.uk with a picture of the faulty item and your order number.
